After some major life events creating some big shifts in my life I decided to heal my heart and create a life of joy. This path led me to pursuing both Reiki, Reflexology and Life Coaching. As a child I was often sick and my mom would seek natural remedies, Reflexology was one of them. It worked! It created space and healing for my young body. Still, I can remember my Reflexologist working on my feet and being mesmerized by her like it was yesterday which has inspired me to become a Reflexologist. Then as an adult Reiki showed up in my life several times and in a big way at 45. Healing my heart was paramount and I am grateful everyday for Reiki and the role it has played in my journey. I now combine these skills to bring a wholistic approach to Reflexology.
I am also a trained Interior Designer with a passion for helping people reorganize and declutter spaces. I have reorganized and decluttered a preschool, stores, personal spaces in homes, helped set up classrooms, downsizing seniors homes, as well as helping to stage homes before listing.
My journey has led me to this amazing place in my life where I would love to support you on your healing journey through Reiki or Reflexology or Reorganizing!

Foot Reflexology and Some of the Benefits
Foot Reflexology is a natural therapy based on the principle that there are reflexes in the foot that map to other parts, glands, and organs of the body. By applying pressure to these reflexes, foot reflexology can:
• Reduce stress, release tension and calm anxiety
• Improve sleep and relaxation
• Relieve digestive issues and constipation
• Decrease pain
• Reduce inflammation

While I work the reflexes in your feet I follow the congestion, discomfort, energy and my intuition to help release emotions and blocks that have become stuck over time often causing pain emotionally or physically. This release can happen through reiki, reflexology, talking and visualizing with me in the safety of my space.

Reiki
Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japan. The word Reiki means Universal Life Energy which flows through all living things. It is a form of energy work which uses guided life force energy while the practitioner places hands on or above you to assist your bodies natural healing abilities. A Reiki session can relieve tension, manage and improve general well being and can support the body in healing on all levels - physical, mental and emotional.

Reorganizing & Decluttering
I became an Interior Designer in my 20s but as I got older it became clear that my real passion was in helping people reorganize and declutter. There is great satisfaction in working alongside my clients to help them complete a project that seemed overwhelming to even start. Or to be given their vision and then be trusted to bring it to life!
There are many benefits to decluttering that goes far beyond its appearances and your ability to move about the space with ease. It can also decrease stress, improve your overall sense of peace and joy and shift the energy in a space! Sometimes you just need someone to help you get started and stay on track with good systems to get organized and let go of items no longer needed. I love seeing the smiles on my clients faces and the deep breathes taken when they see a project completed.

Personal Assistance
For the past 2 years I have been working one on one assisting several seniors and persons that need a little help completing life's many tasks. These tasks can be anything from booking appts, completing paperwork, shopping trips or assistance to and from appts or anything in between. My goal is to help in a way that eases life's stresses and can be adapted to your specific needs while providing personal connection along the way.
